HeyNaNa is a pet-care service platform with two distinct operational sides. Administrators need control over sellers, service approvals, bookings, payments, settlements, reviews, users, and community content, while service providers need a focused workspace to configure their offerings and manage each care engagement from acceptance through completion.
I helped build the Admin and Seller portals inside an Nx monorepo. The seller experience covers OTP authentication, profiles and bank accounts, in-home and entrusted-care service configuration, availability, pricing and additional costs, booking and pet details, care diaries, payments, and settlement tracking.
The admin experience brings seller onboarding and plans, service approval, booking operations, payment and settlement management, reviews, user inquiries, community and chat reports, notices, events, banners, and other system content into one back office. Shared UI, data, configuration, localization, and utility packages keep both portals consistent, while TanStack Query loaders prepare cached server data before key routes render.
The result is a connected operating workflow for both platform teams and pet-care providers: services can be configured and approved, bookings managed with the right pet and payment context, care progress documented, and completed work carried through to settlement without switching between disconnected tools.
