Keystone Corp operates across companies, subsidiaries, LPG and gas stations, sales businesses, warehouses, and delivery teams. Every transaction crosses multiple roles and operational stages, so customer and vendor data, pricing, orders, inventory, dispatch, credit, and settlement all need to stay connected and traceable.
I helped build the frontend workflows that carry work from sales inquiry and order requests through confirmed sales orders, purchase orders, fulfilment, warehouse operations, dispatch, and settlement. The platform also covers customer and vendor management, item and price administration, contracts, credit limits, invoices, payments, stocktake, damaged stock, pallet tracking, and driver and vehicle operations.
The application uses Vue and Vuetify for dense operational interfaces, TanStack Query for typed server-state and route-level preloading, Pinia for workflow state, CASL for role-based access, and VeeValidate for complex business forms. Search and filter state is encoded in the URL where needed, keeping data-heavy views shareable and recoverable.
The result is one operational surface for teams that previously had to coordinate across separate business functions. Shared records, statuses, permissions, and approval paths keep the full order and logistics lifecycle visible — from a customer request to warehouse movement, delivery, credit control, invoicing, and settlement.
